John/4 Adams, born 16 Apr 1698 (c.r., Cambridge, Massachusetts)1, married, 13 Dec 1722 at Concord, Love/4a Minot, daughter of Dr. James/3 Minot and Rebecca/3a Wheeler, in a double marriage with the bride's twin sister performed by the brides' father.2
     He died at Concord 25 Oct 1725, a. 273, and is interred in the South Burying Ground.4 His estate was probated the same year.5 His widow married Edward/3 Flint, and died at Lincoln 25 Oct 1772, a. 70.6
     He lived near the center of what became Lincoln.7
